Theme- Enabling affordable and quality digital Health ecosystem for more than 1bn lives
Puneet discussed a flexible app designed to improve access to affordable and quality healthcare in India. He highlighted that users can access the platform through various devices, including smartphones and feature phones, which promotes widespread connectivity. The app allows users to discover healthcare services and consult with doctors from multiple specialties, supported by partnerships with organizations like Eye Clinic.
He explained the platform’s features, including communication via chat, audio, or video, enabling users to describe symptoms and receive medical advice. A portable diagnostic device, was also introduced, offering rapid tests and delivering near real-time results directly to users’ phones, enhancing accessibility and minimizing wait times.
